The site is located at a very significant part of the high street next to a locally listed building but not in a conservation area. Our proposal is appropriate to the historic context and makes use of heritage assets to reinforce their significance.
There is a demand for quality student accommodation in the area due to the vicinity of Brunel University.
Our proposal adds an additional 13 student rooms all with a kitchenette and shower room plus common facilities including kitchen/dinning room and laundry.
